Who Are We?
We are a group of friends that upcycle clothing using Carhartt, Dickies & all things workwear. Originally we were just buying maaterial in bulk to be able to use for our reworking. However, after time we realised we could do way way more with the pairs that came in that were of a higher grade.

So... What is Degraded?
After realising we could be doing so much more with the jeans, we decided to create this brand 'degraded'. All through last summer we used our instagram platform to be able to sell mystery boxes of all the higher grade to customers and use all the lower grad to rework and use for our other brands (which you can check out on the find us page).
Why workwear? and why Carhartt and Dickies???
We believe with workwear it should be a lift time thing. With setting up these mystery boxex being able to buy 3 pairs of jeans for the price of one, we are hoping or, but not specifically expecting repeat customers. Whether you're a workman looking for some new jeans or just a cool guy looking for some new carpenters, they'll last you a lifetime. So thats why we choose workwear. Quality over quantity always!
What's your goal?
Our goal is generally is to provide the masses with the right pieces of clothing, we belive that buying 10 pairs of trousers from any fast fashion shop, ripping the stretchy denim & buying another 10 more is pointless. If you buy good quality pants from the start, they will last longer in the long run. so I guess our goal is ot just put people onto buying more high quality items in general. Spending more time appreciating the clothing they own.
Butt, why Mystery Box's??
Its very important we sell in mystery boxes, we are trying to keep the mystery part of it alive. We LOVE vintage & love the digging of what makes vintage FUN, the unknown, going to a jumble sale or car boot sale and finding something you didn't know existed before going there.
